ANCESTORS’ DAY OF THE WOODWORKING CRAFT – HONORING OUR ROOTS

Every year, as the Lunar New Year approaches, people in the woodworking industry come together to commemorate Ancestors’ Day (the 20th day of the twelfth lunar month) – a meaningful occasion to express gratitude to the predecessors who laid the foundation, passed down their knowledge, and preserved the essence of Vietnam’s woodworking craft.

This day is not only a traditional ceremony, but also a moment of reflection for everyone in the industry. It reminds us to stay true to our craft values: working with integrity, being meticulous in every piece of wood, and making every decision with care and responsibility. These daily commitments are the most genuine way to honor the legacy left by previous generations.

On this occasion, Woodsland respectfully extends our heartfelt gratitude to all ancestors and pioneers who have built the foundation and kept the spirit of the woodworking industry alive through generations.
We wish for the industry’s continued sustainable growth, and for all craftsmen to remain passionate and skilled, creating lasting values for the community and for life.
